Many Nigerian pastors have said homosexuality is a sin and should be condemned. Many have backed the criminalisation of gay relationships.
Since a same sex prohibition law was signed last week by President Goodluck Jonathan, gays have been mobilising for actions against Nigeria.
The leading gay nation on earth, the USA, has already voiced its concern.
