Former Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, has formally resigned from ruling PDP.
He as also joined the All Progressives Congress.
The former Vice President made the disclosure in a statement he personally signed in Abuja, on Sunday. He blamed those running the party and the country for his decision to leave the PDP.
